Clause 2 : This site abides by the french laws. All information is written both in english and french, products are in conformity with french laws. To know the conformity to foreign laws, please check it from your country policies. T'EN RÊV'™ SYSTEM FRANCE responsibility will not be engaged if trouble in a foreign country. Only french courts may be concerned. "

Clause 3 : products are described on each product page. Pictures are not part of the contract. T'EN RÊV'™ system France responsibility can not be engaged if errors on these pages. Colors are not part of the contract.

Clause 4 : Pole's crushing is not warranty concerned, unless the customer expressed reservations to the haulage contractor . Temperature differences during transportation may affect the product, very rarely. A small crack may appear on the pole, which DOES NOT DAMAGE the system. This crack is not warranty concerned . Sending back the product is charged to the customer .

Clause 5 : if products are out of stock, it will not be possible to order. However, if the product is out of stock and if customers are able to order it, a delivery date is published.

Clause 6 : Products prices do not include shipping. They include the french VAT 19,6%. shipping fees appear in the shopping cart. T'EN RÊV'™ SYSTEM FRANCE may change prices. The invoice will not change if prices change after ordering.

Clause 7 : As the customer clicks on SEND at the end of the order process, the customer accepts all terms of contract. Datas are saved in a data base which is a proof of what really happened, at what time, at what amount, which day. All customers may claim for this information which can be erased on demande.

Clause 8 : Payment from abroad can be made in two ways : credit card, or bank transfer. " NOTA BENE : money is immediately transfered on our bank account, even if products are not in stock, even if you make a reservation.

Clause 9 : In case of delayed payment, in conformity with french business code article L.441-6, penalties can be claimed towards professional buyers.

Clause 10 : delivery is around 10 days in Europe ( 3 days in France ). Risks are assumed by the customer who makes warnings as he receives the goods to the transporter, and send a report to T'EN REV SYSTEM FRANCE. If no warnings to the transporter, we will not take the product back. we will not give any money back.

Clause 11 : if questions, our customer service is available each day by phone, email or postal mail. If you want to send us back a product in our warranty contract, please WARN US before ! We will send you the process to follow.

Clause 12 : Customer have 7 days to send back a product, without any reason. Becareful to contact us befor sending back. Becareful to send us back a product IN ORIGINAL BOX, with all elements. Shipping back will be payed by the customer. At reception , T'EN REV SYSTEM FRANCE will pay back, if the products are in conformity, not damaged.

Clause 13 : warnings :
- This device is NOT a TOY, is not made to learn how to swim.
- The user must know how to swim, he must be able to touch the bottom in water.
- An adult, in water, must keep an eye on children using T'EN REV
- T'EN REV system responsibility can not be claimed if these rules are not respected
